This committee provides for the special needs of our members by providing the following services: Meals for families in need of temporary assistance.
Birthday and Anniversary cards are sent to every member of the church.
Exam “care packages” are sent to St. Andrew’s college students for the fall and spring terms.
Devotional materials are provided for congregational use: Upper Room, and Lenten and Advent devotional materials.
Annual recognition of an “Outstanding Member at St. Andrew”.
An annual Membership Dinner for all members who have joined the following year.
Outings/Trips sponsored by the CCC: Roller Skating Night, Fun Day and Campout at a local park, an outdoor movie night and campout at the church, and Spring and Fall Retreats at the Outer Banks, N.C.
A dinner is given in honor of the high school graduates and their parents.
Special classes are sometimes sponsored by CCC, like a Marriage Enrichment Class.
