Mission Statement: To share the good news of the love of God and call people to a personal faith in Jesus Christ.
Some of the services this committee provides are:
Hold New Member Orientation Sessions in January, March, and September. This program provides a new member orientation to our ministry and programs at St. Andrew. During the orientation, participants will meet the Staff and church leaders, view a brief video of Presbyterian history, and discover areas of service, study and fellowship.
The committee strives to reach out to others in our community and encourage our church’s growth. Two neighbor outreaches are held during the year, by distributing brochures to several communities in the area.
Provide a “New Baby” yard sign for new arrivals.
Support for the Spiritual Renewal weekend.
Provide “New Neighbor” bags to welcome neighbors to the area. The bags are filled with treats, coffee, cookies, etc. and are available for the congregation to deliver to their new neighbors.
